As an occupied renovation project, this building presented a number of logistical challenges. One of the key concerns was that owners and occupants were provided with clear communication throughout the entirety of the endeavor. The Bergeman Group was selected by the Board of Directors of 1717 Ala Wai to be the Construction Management firm to guide them through the complex aspects of this project.

Our team managed the complete replacement of the deteriorated waste piping, the repair of the spalling concrete in the parking structure, the renovation of the recreation deck, and the repainting of the building. 

Managing the logistics of a variety of firms, the components of the project were done concurrently at the site without displacing any of the residents. Due to the Bergeman Group’s methodical and dynamic approach to Construction Management, this entire project was successfully completed under budget and within all deadlines.
